The proprietor and Chef of Lee Fook, Ringo Lo, inherited has passion of cooking from his father, a prominent chef in Hong Kong. Highly inspired by his father's culinary skills, he mastered the art of cooking at a very early age and has more than 35 years of culinary experience. Ringo regularly travels to Hong Kong to keep abreast with new culinary skills.
